7/26 - 7/30/2017

Back at it...

Who: Housepitality: Jeniluv b2b JP Soul, Sharif Laffrey, Brouhaha

Where: F8, 7/26

Sounds Like: Genre-crossing (house, techno, disco) goodness, the usual free-before-10pm & free champagne from 9-10.

Who: Srsly 002

Where: F8, 7/27

Sounds Like: Solid local lineup with Teeyam (Outpost), East Coast Ghost, Woo & Zoz (WERD.),  One A, Tobin Ellsworth, James Houdini.

Who: A Club Called Rhonda

Where: Monarch, 7/28

Sounds Like: The legendary LA-based party makes its usual annual stop here in San Francisco with a lineup including Krystal Klear, DJ Kaos, Michael Serafini (Smartbar/QUEEN), and of course Goddollars & Paradise.

Who: Club Lonely

Where: OMG, 7/28

Sounds Like: The always-solid monthly event is back, serving all the usual excellent house and techno you could want from Vin Sol, Jeremy Castillo, and Primo Pitino.

Who: As You Like It with George FitzGerald & Pangaea, ft Mossmoss & Outpost

Where: The Great Northern, 7/29

Sounds Like: Dark, melodic techno from the Hotflush/Aus Music star, and of course, Hessle Audio's Pangaea

Who: ZEHV ft Roy Havens, DJ Swiiipe

Where: Hawthorn, 7/29

Sounds Like: Progressive house.

Who: Lights Down Low with Black Merlin

Where: Audio, 7/29

Sounds Like: The industrial end of IDM & techno. Black Merlin tracks have consistently made appearances for quite some time in lots of respected sets and now he's on his first US tour.

Who: Permission to Land with Oona Dahl

Where: The Midway Patio, 7/30

Sounds Like: It's always a good Sunday when Permission to Land is back in the mix, and this week it hosts All Day I Dream & Hallucienda alum, Oona Dahl, for some slow-burning deep house backed up by Nikita (Listed) and Bengal (Manjumasi). As usual, the Midway provides food, drink, and a relaxing day on the warmer side of the city.

Who: WERD. w/ DJ Lisa Frank & Sarah Myers

Where: Monarch, 7/30

Sounds Like: Woo & Zoz have a stacked female lineup for everyone's favorite Sunday night party at Monarch. DJ Lisa Frank is a resident of TheNeedlexchange and ROAM & Sarah Myers also comes from Washington, D.C.. More than worth the difficult Monday morning!
